The alteration of these electrical properties leads the difference of ammonia sensibility of the rGO/AgNws hybrid based sensing devices. When the rGO is accompanied by AgNws of different sizes from ∼500$ nm to >10μm, the ammonia sensitivity of these hybrids change from 60% to 340% alteration compared with the bare rGO material. date: 2014 date_type: published official_url: DOI: 10.15625/0868-3166/24/3S1/5237 full_text_status: none publication: Communications in Physics volume: 24 number: 3S1 pagerange: 113 refereed: TRUE issn: 0868-3166 citation: Huynh, Tran My Hoa and Hoang, Thi Thu and La, Phan Phuong Ha and Le, Ha Phuong and Tran, Quang Trung and Nguyen, Van Thuan and Nguyen, Nang Dinh and Phan, Minh Hanh (2014) Effect of Silver Nanowire Dimension to Ammonia Adsorption of Graphene-silver Nanowires Hybrid.
