abstract: In this paper, we propose an algorithm for  early  detection  of  indoor  fire  based  on temperature  and  light  data  collected  by  wireless sensor  networks.  Our  goal  is  to  develop  an affordable,  acceptable,  detection  method  based  on wireless  sensor  networks  with  cheap  and  highly available  sensors.  Experimental  results  show  that our proposed algorithm is able to detect fire quickly and accurately.
