An interesting electric-voltage-controlled magnetic anisotropy, with a relative increase in magnetization up to above 100%, is observed. This brings a new challenge to operate a low-power-consuming spin electronic device. We also utilize a theoretical model based on interfacecharge- mediated and strain-mediated magnetic-electric coupling to understand the change in the magnetic properties of the investigated material. date: 2013-08 type: Article type: PeerReviewed format: application/pdf language: en identifier: https://eprints.uet.vnu.edu.vn/eprints/id/eprint/2620/1/11.%20JKPS%202013.pdf identifier: Nguyen, Thi Minh Hong and Nguyen, Ba Doan and Nguyen, Huy Tiep and Le, Viet Cuong and Bui, Nguyen Quoc Trinh and Pham, Duc Thang and Kim, Dong-Hyun (2013) Switchable Voltage Control of the Magnetic Anisotropy in Heterostructured Nanocomposites of CoFe/NiFe/PZT.
