An interesting electric-voltage-controlled magnetic anisotropy, with a relative increase in magnetization up to above 100%, is observed. This brings a new challenge to operate a low-power-consuming spin electronic device. We also utilize a theoretical model based on interfacecharge- mediated and strain-mediated magnetic-electric coupling to understand the change in the magnetic properties of the investigated material.
