The proposed AES core architecture employs the improved shared S-box scheme with 32-bit datapath and low switching activity shift-row operation. Consequently, the proposed AES encryption core can provide good tradeoff with the area of 4.3 kgates and the energy consumption of 4 pJ/bit in 32 nm CMOS technology library. date: 2018-10-18 date_type: published official_url: http://atc-conf.org/ full_text_status: none pres_type: paper pagerange: 301-304 event_title: 2018 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC) event_location: Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam event_dates: 18-20 October 2018 event_type: conference refereed: TRUE citation: Dao, Manh Hiep and Hoang, Van Phuc and Dao, Van Lan and Tran, Xuan Tu (2018) An Energy Efficient AES Encryption Core for Hardware Security Implementation in IoT Systems.
