Capacitance and impedance as a function of frequency are measured, which can be well accounted for by a simple circuit model identifying the local device components. The operation of a flexible field effect transistor based on graphene and the ion gel as a top gate stack is also demonstrated. publisher: Elsevier B.V. date: 2018-02-24 type: Article type: PeerReviewed format: application/pdf language: en identifier: https://eprints.uet.vnu.edu.vn/eprints/id/eprint/3147/1/Current%20Applied%20Physics%2018%20%282018%29%20500-504%20%28Electrical%20properties%20of%20ion%20gels%20based%20on%20PVDF-HFP%20applicable%20as%20gate%20stacks%20for%20flexible%20devices.pdf identifier: Chae, Kwanbyung and Nguyen, Duc Cuong and Ryu, Shinyoung and Yeom, Dong-Il and Lee, Soonil and Park, Ji-Yong (2018) Electrical properties of ion gels based on PVDF-HFP applicable as gate stacks for flexible devices.
