The antenna consists of a radiation resonant SIW layer and two feeding network layers. Through detailed analysis, the TM430 and TM340 modes are used to design two different polarized waves. Moreover, a SIW dual polarization slot array antenna with three substrate layers is designed and fabricated. The measured impedance bandwidth (S11 < -10 dB) of the array antenna is from 10.75 to 10.83 GHz for the dual polarization, and the measured maximum gains are 13.4 and 12.92 dBi, respectively.
