"Along with the rapid development of microfluidic systems and their integration into the point-of-care devices over the past decade, droplet microfluidic has emerged as an essential research area which is highly demanded in various research field such as life science research, material synthesis and drug\r\ndiscovery. In this paper, a microfluidic system based on microfluidic channel is developed to operate the\r\nfunction of generating air bubble and fluidic droplet. Droplets are generated based on the flow focusing\r\ndroplet generator technique which can generate highly monodisperse droplets of varying sizes. The\r\nproposed system is fabricated using rapid prototyping techniques with PDMS molding and printed board circuit. A numerical calculation was implemented to study and analyze the operation of the proposed\r\nstructure.
