This paper presents the design, and simulation a control system for sensing microgripper based on a standard Bi-CMOS process which can be integrated into a singer chip for automatic applications. The controller contains a main feedback loop with sensor buffer, internal temperature compensated reference, internal regulator, logic control and setting level circuits that formed a stand-alone micromanipulation system. Each sub-circuit of the controller was designed to meet strictly specifications and functions through a silicon level simulation tool. This micromanipulation system is wide range of power voltage supply (from 7 up to 30 volts) and the output displacement can be set by two modes, analog signal and 8 bit digital port.
